The English Language Camp 2010

The English Language Camp 2010 will take place in Ascot within the Royal County of Berkshire.

The camp is run in the delightful settings of the Licensed Victuallers's School, where the teaching and sporting facilities are first class.  

The camp is designed to offer the very best in teaching the English language to young people aged 10 to 21 from all over the world. The students, taught by experienced and qualified teachers, learn in classes split according to age group and standard.   The simple aim is to drastically improve each and every student's level of English language, both spoke and written as well as ensuring a fun and positive camp experience. Each evening there will be different activities and sports to choose from, and over the middle weekend there will be a trip to London to see the spectacular sites, do some shopping on Oxford Street and go to the theatre to watch a West End play! 

The dates and prices for the camp are: 

English Language Camp (includes middle weekend):  15 to 27 August 2010 - £1,200
Week 1 only: 15 to 21 August 2010 - £500
Week 2 only: 21 to 27 August 2009 - £500   

Schedule for a typical day:   

• 08.00-09.00    Breakfast
• 09.00-11.15    Study Session 1 (1 hr, 15 mins)
• 11.15-11.30    Break (15 mins)
• 11.30-12.30    Study Session 2 (1 hr)
• 12.30-14.00    Lunch (1 hr, 30 mins)
• 14.00-14.45    English Television Learning Session (45 mins)
• 14.45-15.45    Study Session 3 (1 hr)
• 15.45-16.15    Break (30 mins)
• 16.15-17.00    Study Session 4 (45 mins)
• 17.00-18.30    Activity or Sport
• 18.30-19.30    Dinner
• 19.30-21.30    Movies, Games & Activities
• 21.30-22.30    Homework Hour & Free Time  We can arrange private tennis lessons during the 17.15 to 18.30pm slot.
